1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The item is in new, unused, and unwashed condition

Tags and original packaging are included

The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
Items that are worn, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear or intimate apparel

Gift cards

Items explicitly marked as “Non-returnable”
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange:

We’ll send detailed return instructions and a return label (if applicable)
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges for size/color may be eligible for free return shipping, depending on your region.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If you paid with a discount code, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted value
6. Exchanges
If you want a different size or color:

Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is returned

If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service.vip.lris@gmail.com.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
